The item took a while to arrive, but it was not the senders fault. It was USPS, they where taking a while to ship it. Once it got shipped, I received it the day it was suppost to be deliver. When I open the package, I noticed that the chain was heavy and sterdy. I put it on my LV bag and it looked gerogeous. I am pleased with my purchase.
